LeaBrooke Master Homes Association offers a unique living opportunity ranging from single-family homes, villa living (where mowing and snow removal are provided), and townhome living (where landscaping, snow removal, and some covenant-defined exterior maintenance are provided). This allows for a broad style of living choices within blocks of each other in the beautiful community of LeaBrooke in Leawood, Kansas.
The LeaBrooke Master Association Board is comprised of LeaBrooke residents from the Single-Family homes, the Villas, Town Manors, and the new Villa II section. The LeaBrooke Master Association Board residents are elected for two-year terms and volunteer their time and energy to manage the Master Homeowners Association for their fellow residents. Town Manors is a part of the Master association; however, Town Manors is a separate incorporated entity from the Master association.
